How it all started.
Our friendship
Elias and Teoman meet after their A-levels while working for a non-profit. A close friendship grows out of it. Elias then studies management, Teoman computer science.
The idea
In a university seminar, Elias has the idea of improving education with digital solutions. Together with Teoman — and alongside studies and full-time jobs — the idea grows into an AI platform.
Six-figure funding
skulio is backed with six-figure funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the European Union. The funding lets skulio develop faster and more efficiently.
The company is founded
skulio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is born. skulio goes officially live and in March even appears with its own stand at didacta — Europe's biggest education trade fair.
